This position, based in Las Cruces, NM, is part of a growing team providing subject matter expertise in signals intelligence (SIGINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) development, employment, analysis, and conducting instructional training. The candidate will be a member of a team providing technical expertise and assisting with management of Northrop Grumman programs based in New Mexico.

The candidate will have an active role in conducting technical analysis, performing assessments and providing recommendations to shape the basis of how to plan for and execute SIGINT-and GEOINT-related programs.

The candidate will assist with recruiting activities across all of New Mexico with a major focus on Las Cruces.

The candidate should be a self-starter who has a passion for space research, teaching, recruiting and who wants to be part of a team who share those same interests.

This is a part-time on-call position and no benefits are provided.

**Responsibilities may include:**

Providing subject matter expertise in signals intelligence (SIGINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) development, employment and analysis; and how that applies to space systems hardware design, manufacturing, testing, integration and on-orbit operations

Conducting technical analysis, performing assessments and providing recommendations to shape the basis of how to plan for and execute SIGINT-and GEOINT-relate d programs

Preparing technical, SIGINT- and GEOINT-related instructional materials for various education levels and teaching that content in classroom, seminar or one-on-one scenarios

Assisting with recruiting activities across all of New Mexico with a major focus on Las Cruces

**Basic Qualifications:**

- This position requires an engineering educational level (Master Degree minimum; PhD preferred) - Must have 9 years of experience

- Extensive experience in SIGINT- and GEOINT-related fields

- Previously demonstrated ability to prepare technical instructional materials and to communicate effectively in classroom settings

- US Citizenship

- Ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI level clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience within any one of the following technical areas: - SIGINT, GEOINT, Cyber, and Space Systems - Familiarity with intelligence communities and operations

- Ability to clearly communicate (both verbal and written) with peers, customer and senior leadership

Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
