An exciting opportunity to join the Coronary and Renal Denervation OU (CRDN) Sales teamis now available. Our products and therapies are used in the treatment of patients with Coronary Artery Disease and Hypertension.

Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, and mainly within the Interventional Cardiology and Interventional Radiology specialities in Tertiary Centres and District General Hospitals.

The CRDN team are responsible for establishing Medtronic as **The Company** to partner with to help Physicians reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease through leveraging our combined portfolio.

To aid this vision there is a constant focus on developing innovative solutions and a significant investment in RD across the combined businesses with both businesses having a strong pipeline of products and solutions coming to market over the coming years.

**A Day in the Life**

The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell the Coronary and Renal Denervation portfolio within a defined territory.

Identifying, building and developing strong relationships with Clinical and Commercial Stake holders, continually keeping pace with clinical developments/changes in practice as well as the changing procurement landscape.

Responsible for pursuing leads and assessing customer needs, building individual strategic account plans to maximise the benefits derived from the Coronary Renal Denervation portfolio.

**Role description:**

+ Promotes and sells Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including Commercial and Healthcare Professionals.

+ Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.

+ Promotes and establishes education of the companys products and or services.

+ Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities.

+ Implements market development plans and strategies and changes them as needed.

+ Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including RD, Operations and Marketing.

**Must Haves**

+ Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent work experience

+ Proven track record in sales in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment

+ Ability to work in an operating room setting

+ Proven ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-Clinical stakeholders

+ A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to their work

+ Travel is required

**Nice to Haves**

+ Cardiology or Interventional Radiology experience.

+ Working knowledge of company products and services
