Team Description:

The Private Bank Global Business Intelligence team is focused on using data to identify and optimize sales productivity and business development efforts and drive development of marketing / business strategies by applying creativity, rigor, and data-driven thinking to help plan and execute the business growth of the Private Bank.

Functions & Responsibilities:

The Credit Card Marketing / Sales Analyst position will apply creativity, rigor, and data-driven thinking to help plan and execute the business growth of the Credit Card Portfolio. Utilizing data elements from Portfolios™ Transactions, this position will develop a roadmap for benefits, offers, and partnerships to be targeted.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Private Bank leadership to identify strategic opportunities through detailed analytics related to the Private Bank credit card portfolio and develop comprehensive presentations related to business improvement / optimization and strategic planning.
  • Quickly synthesize and interpret data; develop creative approaches, frameworks, and insights to address key strategic recommendations (i.e., product enhancements & features)
  • Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions, and channels
  • Identify actionable opportunities and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact based recommendations derived from the data.
  • Develop growth strategies, based on identifying customer segments, buying behaviors, and customer value propositions.
  • Build analytical frameworks for marketing measurement A/B testing, campaign ROI, cost of acquisition modeling, lifetime value, etc.
  • Leverage machine learning models and techniques to target opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Foster a data-driven, innovative culture.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from top-tier program, MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or another quantitative-focused field preferred.
  • Extensive experience using computer languages (Python / R) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau to uncover analytical insights as well as dashboards design for senior management.
  • Practical knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, text mining, Machine Learning Experience working with technology and data engineers to automate workflow.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots, synthesize complex information gathered from desperate sources and drive results under deadline.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Thinks strategically and executes quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications, and presentations for print and digital channels
