A Day in the Life

Supports Plant equipment/processes/systems to ensure reliable day to day operation

Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.

Develops/diagnoses electrical testing equipment and test software.

May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.

Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.

Support legacy control systems diagnose/repair/program

Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations governing the manufacture/service of medical devices.

Develops/reviews validation documentation related to the implementation of manufacturing and service processes.

Works closely with cross functional teams across the globe to develop/transfer processes from one facility to another.


Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, or Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience


Nice to Have

Experience troubleshooting Electronics/Software in testing systems.

Experience in Process and Equipment qualification/validation, writing and performing

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering

Experience with CAPA/quality systems

Experience with six sigma and root cause analysis

Experience with CFR 820

Experience managing small/medium projects

Self motivated with the ability to prioritize deliverables based upon project criticality.

Experience with Labview
