Are you a Relationship Builder? Do you have an expertise in digital advertising, pre-sales planning and campaign management and performance? Our Account Management Consultant works closely with our Auto Manufacturing (OEM) clients and their Agencies of Record, daily, to build, manage and defend digital media revenue to further the success of their advertising campaigns.
We want you to build and cultivate deep relationships with our key clients and their agencies while providing white glove service that shows KBB & Autotrader are trusted industry partners with our clients success as our top priority.
We will rely on you to manage complex, high volume accounts and advocate on their behalf, come up with creative solutions to their sometimes-demanding challenges while also supporting a variety of projects shared with cross-functional teams within Cox Automotive.

*What Youll Do* You will manage, collaborate and communicate with brand teams and cross-functional partners; consider options with Campaign Strategy Manager and/or Sales partner in generating revenue through new or renewed advertising sales. You will request and collect creative assets and tags for all onsite and offsite campaign components from clients or agencies; collect, organize and report on relevant internal or external data that impacts the client.
You will provide consulting and remarketing expertise for assigned accounts; create, manage and deliver optimization and reinvestment plans to Campaign Strategy manager and/or Sales partners. Own defending of revenue for all onsite campaigns through campaign optimization.

* Assessment and Planning
* Collaborate with Campaign Strategy Manager and/or Sales partners to generate ideas and solutions addressing client needs.
* Provide support for producing client-focused presentations and site reviews in response to client RFPs or a proactive proposal submission.
* Team with Ad Operations partners to determine available advertising capacity.

* Cross-Functional Implementation and Fulfillment
* Lead fulfillment of RFPs and Insertion Orders, in collaboration with Campaign Strategy Manager and/or Sales partner.
* Work with Ad Operations partners to secure inventory supporting the solutions.
* Responsible for all creative asset and tag collection from agency or client, as well as ensuring assets are to site specs.
* Manage campaign process by ensuring campaign launches on time as contractually scheduled.
* Attend weekly internal calls with all internal partners as an active participant, providing campaign and performance updates.

* Measurement and Evaluation
* Manage, monitor, and optimize the delivery of contracted onsite advertising campaigns, including reporting campaign pacing to Campaign Strategy Manager and/or Sales partners on a weekly basis.
* Provide valuable and insightful reporting recommendations to Campaign Strategy Manager and/or Sales partners, including campaign summaries and identify upsell opportunities.
* Reconcile billing in collaborating with Ad Operations and Finance partners.

Qualifications: *Who You Are:* Weve already talked about a bunch of your amazing attributes, and aside from those, were looking to you to have the following qualifications so you can really step into this role and rock it:

* Youve got a Bachelors Degree, along with 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination education and work experience
* Ideally, you will have solid experience managing key accounts for an online publisher, or have experience working for an advertising agency in the past.
* It would be a big plus if you have at least 2 years of online account management, media buying or planning with an ability to prepare detailed performance reports and communicate the results to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Some technical knowledge utilizing MS PowerPoint & Excel is preferred, and it would be a huge advantage if you have experience using Prisma, DoubleClick and Order Management Systems.
* Another desired skill would be the ability to manage complex, high-priority projects and/or campaigns in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
