They are proof of our dedication to creating a multifaceted, inclusive environment that fuels innovation and the standard of patient care we strive for. **What will you be doing in this role:** The Data Analytics Relationship Manager acts as a liaison between clinical, operational, and financial executive leadership and the Enterprise Data Intelligence (EDI) team. This person is the primary contact for various business areas including but not limited to another hospital, medical group, or specialty-based institute. Responsible for understanding that areas strategic plans and priorities, as it relates to existing and future reporting & analytical needs. The data analytic solution architect with a customer focus and an ability to influence. Builds and maintains a positive relationship with stakeholders, managing executive customer expectations and facilitating key decisions and conversations. Collaborate with EDI line management for project resourcing. Provide consultation to technical teams and customers as well as lead cross-functional teams to address data and analytic issues. High degree of data proficiency with the ability to bridge the conversation between the business stakeholders and technical teams. + Establish rapport and trust in business relationship with executive customers through clear line of communication and expectations of the client technical partner role. + Serve as primary executive customer contact/team liaison responsible for understanding stakeholders data & analytics needs and priorities. Establish and maintain analytical roadmaps/plans to successfully address customer needs. + Function as an analytic solution architect by demonstrating high level of data proficiency and applying expertise to help meet customer goals, outcomes and set standards. Able to influence operational and clinical project outcomes with an emphasis on customer needs. + Leverage relationships to gain new project insight and facilitate project prioritization. + Provide guidance on the portfolio of available reporting and analytical tools. Demonstrate these tools with the customer as appropriate. Understand how new work fits in to the existing portfolio. + Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of metric development and KPIs. Able to facilitate conversations with stakeholders that lead to decisions and consensus. + Lead all aspects of and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates business/clinical needs and workflow into business requirements and report specifications. + Lead process and scoping conversations and decisions, including identifying customers key objectives. Responsible for understanding the overall ask and need for a project as it relates to the business areas bigger picture. Provide recommendations to the customer on solutions. + Partner with EDI line manager on the account to establish a master list of projects, ad hoc requests, and production report routines. + Coordinate and recommend to the EDI manager the appropriate resources and timeframes for deliverables. + Work with the EDI assigned resources to ensure customers requirements are executed successfully in a responsive and timely manner. + Prepare and provide clear and organized project status reporting to all stakeholders. Provides high level project management of team projects: translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, and managing customer relationships and expectations. Escalates to manager as needed. + Strong communicator acting as a bridge between the business stakeholders and technical teams. Translates technical limitations and information to stakeholders in a way they can understand. Provide technical team with business context and specifications. + Contribute to strategy discussions by proactively identifying options with associated pros and cons with EDI team members and others. Assists leadership with translation of the strategic plan to the technical solutions. + May serve as the primary contact for vendor support assistance during the project lifecycle as well as in resolving issues. Ensure vendors are adhering to terms of the contract. Manage relationship with and works with external vendors.\#Jobs-Indeed **Experience Requirements:** + 10+ years as a data analyst and/or business analyst, including facilitation of performance improvement projects and/or quantitative analysis/reporting of quality and efficiency measurements. + Five (5)+ years as Data Analytics Relationship Manager, or as a project or program manager with customer focus in healthcare environment such as a hospital, physician group, payer entity. + Experience in managing account with multiple executives and/or large scale strategic and tactical projects. + Experience in healthcare settings and their key healthcare performance indicators. + Experience with analytic business intelligence tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, SAS, and Tableau preferred. **Educational/Certification Requirements:** Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Computer Programming, or related field. Masters degree preferred, e.g., MPH, MBA with emphasis on healthcare, or computer programming.
