***This is more of road warrior role, individual hired will be traveling throughout the LCRA serviced communities throughout Texas.

***Relocation allowance is available. 

LCRA is seeking a Principal Account Manager to interface directly with transmission customers and be responsive to technical customer service needs. Join us and work with transmission customers throughout Texas while providing premier customer service. You will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for engaging with customers to solve technical challenges and deliver solutions.

You will be trusted to:

• Understand customer needs and provide support as necessary
• Coordinate customer meetings, both 1:1 as well as larger group forums
• Deliver exceptional customer service and quick turnaround of customer inquiries
• Provide technical knowledge and support of transmission system topics
• Communicate with customers during system events and field customer questions
• Route customer requests internally to ensure good follow-up
• Support transmission project development and other technical data exchanges
• Develop customer contracts for services offered

You qualify with:

- Twelve or more years of experience in operational area related to assigned accounts, account management, contract administration, billing, accounting/bookkeeping, customer service, public relations, business development or business process consulting or relevant experience.  
- A degree(s) in business, communications, marketing, public relations, government affairs, political science, technical area of specialty or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.   Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- Bachelor's or higher level degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, government affairs, political science, technical area of specialty or relevant field
- Experience in development and optimization for one or more multi-million dollar businesses - -- Five or more years of experience in the area of specialty
- Experience in contract management
